2. Pre-Sales Service: Custom R&D Support to Cut Clients’ R&D Costs

1) OEM/ODM DFM Design Optimization Service

Clients only need to submit STP or CAD drawing files, and our senior engineers will participate in the DFM (Design for Manufacturability) stage. We select matched raw material formulas such as Fe-Cu-C alloy and alloy steel according to service conditions, adjust key indicators including density, hardness and friction coefficient, and balance overall manufacturing costs while guaranteeing qualified wear resistance, noise reduction and corrosion resistance, to deliver cost-effective customized component solutions.

2) Rapid Prototyping within 7–10 Working Days

Equipped with 3D printing equipment and CNC precision machining centers, we rapidly produce physical prototypes after receiving design drawings, supporting both CNC machined samples and 3D printed specimens. This greatly shortens clients’ new product R&D and verification cycles, and efficiently supports performance testing, assembly validation and scheme iteration.

3) Innovative Material Formula Development

Our R&D laboratory continuously develops and tests new alloy powder formulations to upgrade wear resistance and NVH performance of damping components. Our solutions fit suspension system upgrading demands of passenger cars, commercial vehicles and construction machinery, helping clients launch upgraded shock absorber products and strengthen their market competitiveness.

3. In-Sales Service: Full-Process Production Control & Stable Delivery Assurance

1) Real-Time Synchronized Process Communication

During mass production, dedicated sales and technical specialists provide one-on-one follow-up service. We update production progress of all procedures including powder sintering, precision machining, PTFE banding, surface treatment and automatic assembly, and share real-time inspection data so clients can track order status anytime.

2) Multi-Level Full-Range Quality Supervision

We strictly implement the three-level quality control system: IQC incoming material inspection, IPQC in-process patrol inspection and FQC finished product full inspection. Supplementary reliability tests including metallographic analysis, salt spray endurance and fatigue simulation are carried out. Test records are retained for full batch traceability, and the product defect rate is controlled below 0.1%.

3) Flexible Production Scheduling & Efficient Logistics Delivery

With a standardized factory covering over 5,000 square meters and an annual output of 50 million shock absorber pistons, we flexibly handle small trial orders and large bulk orders. Supported by mature logistics networks based on Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port, we optimize container loading, customs clearance and sea transportation procedures to shorten lead times for domestic and overseas orders and lower clients’ logistics expenses.
