2008

Foundation & Initial Start of Powder Metallurgy Shock Absorber Parts

Company was officially founded, focusing on the R&D and small-batch mass production of powder metallurgy components for automotive and motorcycle shock absorbers. We centered on core shock absorber piston products, built basic production workshops and a preliminary R&D lab, and set powder metallurgy shock absorber accessories as our core business track, embarking on the path of independent auto component manufacturing.

2012

Self-developed Automatic Equipment, Assembly Line Production for Rubber-Coated Pistons

Drawing on years of R&D experience in piston manufacturing, we independently designed and manufactured dedicated automatic rubber coating machines and precision grooving equipment for shock absorber pistons. We built an integrated assembly line for rubber-coated pistons, greatly improving production precision and delivery efficiency of pistons and matching rubber sheets, achieving a sharp leap in product yield and supplying OEM customers in bulk.

2015

Expanded Stamping Product Line, Enriched Precision Component Portfolio

We expanded our production division and launched mass production lines for stamped parts including spring seats, shock absorber brackets and high-precision valve plates. Meanwhile, we upgraded the powder metallurgy sintering workshop and optimized the dense forming process for sintered shock absorber parts. Dual production lines for powder metallurgy and stamping components were fully operational, greatly diversifying our product range.

2018

Automated Rubber & Plastic Production Line Launched, Upgraded Rubber Component Capacity

We completed the construction of fully automatic production lines for shock absorber rubber and plastic accessories, introducing integrated automatic mixing, molding and trimming equipment. The automation level and daily output of rubber & plastic products doubled, solving mass supply challenges for shock absorber sealing and buffer parts, and completing our rubber & plastic supporting segment.

2020

New Piston Rod Production Line Launched, Extended Vertical Supporting Chain

We introduced professional precision machining lines for shock absorber piston rods to realize in-house mass production. A dedicated workshop for shock absorber springs was also put into operation with mass spring delivery. Our product portfolio expanded from pistons, stamped parts and rubber components to piston rods and shock absorber springs, significantly strengthening our vertical industrial supporting capacity.

2022

Full Product Coverage, One-Stop Supply Chain for Shock Absorber Parts

Our product line kept expanding, with large-scale production covering all shock absorber accessories including powder metallurgy rubber-coated pistons, stamped structural parts, rubber sheets, piston rods, shock absorber springs and valve plates. We basically established a closed-loop full-category supply chain for automobile and motorcycle shock absorber parts, capable of delivering complete supporting solutions to global clients.

2024

Annual Output of Core Pistons Hits 50 Million Pieces, Boosted Industrial Competitiveness

The full capacity of powder metallurgy rubber-coated pistons was unlocked, reaching an annual output of 50 million core pistons. We continuously upgraded forming, sintering and rubber coating technologies, making our product precision and wear resistance reach international top-tier standards. Our supporting share for domestic vehicle manufacturers grew steadily, and our comprehensive competitiveness in the industry improved remarkably.
